The findings uncovered a significant trend – consumers gravitated towards brands with a robust digital presence and those perceived as offering exceptional value.
Among the Top Brands cited by Singapore consumers as their preferred choices are NTUC FairPrice (Category: Supermarket, Private Label, E-Commerce), Simmons (Category: Premium Mattress), Sadia (Category: Frozen Chicken), My First Skool (Category: Pre-School Education), Eu Yan Sang (Category: Lifestyle Retailer, Bird Nest), Kopitiam (Category: Food Court), Holistic Way (Category: Health Supplements), MindChamps (Category: Education), NTUC LearningHub (Category: Continuing Education), PlayFACTO School (Category: Premium Education), Woh Hup (Category: Sauce), AOZ (Category: Ozonated Oil), Din Tai Fung (Category: Chinese Restaurant), Neo Garden (Category: Caterer) and lastly Zalora (Category: Fashion E-Marketplace).
Based on their brand growth, 2 brands emerged as Outstanding Brands in Singapore: The Curtain Boutique (Category: Blinds and curtains) and Arch Angel Brow (Category: Eye Embroidery).
Based on their heritage and regional presence, 2 brands from China are awarded as Top Influential Brands in Asia: Chow Tai Fook (Category: Jeweller) and Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Category: Traditional Chinese Medicine).
